We sort all recycling and have implemented a range of measures to minimise waste, including reducing use of single-use plastics and paper throughout the business.
We support local businesses for procurement of food, wine and services wherever possible, and back local charities through donations and partnerships to host fundraising events on the estate.

Suzanne has been at the very heart of Stoneridge's team for over 15 years managing our lodge and event reservations. With an incredible eye for detail and commitment to delivering perfection, there is no safer pair of hands for your stay or event.
Owner Wayne has lived and breathed Stoneridge since childhood; over thirty years later, he has poured his heart and soul into making Stoneridge what it is today. Still overseeing operations as our General Manager, his incredible vision has to be seen to be believed.
Damian is our superstar Lodge and Functions Manager who is never to be seen without a smile on his face! Whether he’s serving canapes at weddings or welcoming guests to check in, Damian’s positivity and can-do attitude is sure to brighten your day.
Originally from France, I joined Stoneridge Estate in 2021 and have had the opportunity to work across many roles, giving me a good understanding of the company. My background in chartered accounting firms has naturally led me to focus more on office management. I thoroughly enjoy my work and am passionate about being part of the journey at Stoneridge Estate.
Originally from Brazil, Jean has been a dedicated employee at Stoneridge since early 2024. Prior to this, Jean amassed seven years of experience in IT support and spent an additional two and a half years as a hotel receptionist. At Stoneridge, Jean continuously expands his knowledge, frequently finding himself admiring the beauty and charm of the estate.
London brings over 20 years of event planning expertise, ranging from organizing global conferences and corporate extravaganzas to creating picture-perfect weddings. Originally from the United States, she has made New Zealand her home for the past 11 years and joined the Stoneridge family in August 2023. With an intimate understanding of behind-the-scenes operations, London knows how to make your special day truly unforgettable.
Originating from the small North Island town of Masterton, Jono comes from a large family background. He pursued his studies at Otago Polytechnic, earning accolades in cheffing, which marked the beginning of his career in the hospitality industry. With five years of experience in the United Kingdom, Jono gained extensive knowledge in fine dining cuisine. Throughout his career, Jono has undertaken a variety of roles, leading to a well-rounded expertise, which he now brings to Stoneridge Estate.
