Daily tariff includes:
- Full breakfast
- Fresh flowers, fruit and gourmet chocolates in rooms on arrival
- Beverage refreshments
- Complimentary wireless internet/email and fax facilities
- Local telephone calls
- Transfers to and from Queenstown Airport on request
- Use of all lodge facilities.
Private dinners are available on request (additional charge applies). All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking.

Booking Procedure
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50 % deposit*. During peak season, 1 November – 30 April, a minimum stay of 2 nights may also apply. A two night stay may apply to the cottage year round.
Cancellation policy*
Deposit is refundable, less $100.00 administration fee if cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 50% of full tariff if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of full tariff if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. During peak season, 1 November – 30 April, the full tariff will be incurred unless any room nights are resold.
We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances resulting in cancellations.
Children
Due to the inherent risks to children on the estate children under 10 years of age are not catered for unless part of a ‘lodge booking.’
Arrival and Departure
Regular check in time is from 2.30pm and check out is by 11.00am. Early checks in’s are only permitted by prior arrangement and may attract a $50.00 surcharge per room.
