The venue & function rooms are situated overlooking magnificent Lake Hayes, and alpine mountains, located just 15 minutes from Queenstown, (the adventure capital of the South Pacific), set amidst New Zealand’s Southern Alps.

The Hayes function room provides the perfect Queenstown venue for a rustic, alpine theme, in a majestic setting. In addition, the Estate’s own wine together with other local wines provide for a variety of wine tasting’s from the Central Otago region.
The Estate comprises of 5 hectares of vineyard and water gardens, has unsurpassed panoramic lake and mountain views from every room and boutique luxury 5 star lodge accommodation facilities for smaller groups.
Constructed of local schist rock and recycled materials, including Welsh slate and bridge beams, the Hayes room and Cellar function venue is truly unique in both its architectural design and history.
FACILITIES
Hayes Room - virtual tour
All rustic, constructed from recycled iron, hardwood beams and stone, opening to ponds and outdoor garden areas with magnificent panoramic lake and mountain views. The Hayes room has a large open fireplace, full bar facilities, an area for a band/dancing and can seat approximately 80 guests.
Room size is 8.0 metres by 14.0 metres.
An ideal venue for wedding receptions, incentive dinners, banquets, prize giving’s, gala dinners, theme dinners and conferences.
Boardroom - virtual tour
Adjacent to the Hayes room, suited for groups of between 6 and 18 guests, the Boardroom can be used as a boardroom, breakout room and for formal dining.
Room size is 3.8 metres by 7.0 metres
Cellar
This room is situated beneath the Hayes room, suited for groups of between 6 and 50 guests.
Room size is 8.0 metres by 7.0 metres
The Cellar is an ideal venue for conferences which require black out facilities.
Lodge Dining Room - virtual tour
In the main Lodge with a large Jarrah table, high backed leather chairs, and panoramic views of Lake Hayes. This room is suited for between 6 and 12 guests, for formal dining.

Queenstown Conferences
Stoneridge has three rooms suitable for conferencing; two of which can be used for break out rooms from the main Hayes room.
Hayes Room
The main conference venue, constructed from all recycled materials, including iron, bridge beams and local schist rock, the Hayes room offers magnificent panoramic views, overlooking Lake Hayes and alpine mountains. This room has natural lighting, an open fireplace and excellent acoustics. This room can be set up in a classroom, boardroom, theatre or U-shape style.
Boardroom
This room is adjacent to the Hayes room. An ideal room for small groups or can be used as a breakout room. This room can be set up in either boardroom or theatre style.
Cellar
Situated beneath the Hayes room; a perfect room for mid sized groups or can be used as a breakout room. This room can be blacked out and can be set up in either boardroom, U – shape, theatre or classroom style.

Minimum venue charge for Fridays and Saturdays $3,000.00 plus GST applies 1 November – 30 April.
- Venue fees are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed, upon receipt of a 50% deposit and a signed copy of the venue contract.
- Venue fees are subject to change as client requirements vary.
- Theming can be provided at an additional charge.
- Venue hire includes 1 set up and breakdown of room. If additional set up required another set up fee may apply.
- The above venue fees are quoted in $NZD and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) 12.5%
- Day time venue hire commences from 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Night time venue hire commences from 5.30pm to 11.30pm
- The Lodge dining room is subject to Lodge bookings and venue may change to the boardroom.
- Prices are valid until 31st March 2011.

Stoneridge Estate offers a wine tasting of the Estate’s three wines; Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer, for $15.00 per person (minimum 15 guests).
